CompareRealPage
Property management system, BI and an embedded AI layer
Travtus vs RealPage
Build AI that reaches your whole stack, and keep what you build.
Cortland, MAA and BH didn't buy their AI. They built it on Travtus.
Don't buy AI. Build your advantage.
What you build on Travtus
Travtus reaches whatever you connect - systems of record, email, calls, the warehouse. Your own people describe what they need and build it, no code required, and none of it is bought twice when your stack changes.
Where RealPage fits
Deep coverage across property management, BI and market data, with AI built into products your teams already use. That AI only ever sees RealPage, and its reach is whatever share of RealPage you own.
Travtus will not replace RealPage as your system of record, and it will not price your rent. If you came for either, wrong page.

Four questions to ask any AI vendor
Including us. The answers tell you more than a feature list will.
- 01
Who owns the logic you build?
When your team describes how something should work, does that logic belong to you, or does it live inside someone else's product as configuration?
- 02
Who owns the data?
How do you access your data? How can you get your call recordings, emails, knowledge articles, metrics? Your data should be yours.
- 03
Can you see why it did that?
When the AI answers a resident or changes a record, can you trace what it drew on and why it decided that? In housing this is not a nice-to-have - it is the first thing your compliance team will ask for.
- 04
Who controls the roadmap?
When you need behavior to change, can your own team change it today, or does it become a ticket in someone else's backlog?
What is the best alternative to RealPage for AI?
For the AI layer specifically, the alternatives worth considering are the ones that are not tied to a single vendor's product footprint. Travtus is one: it reaches whatever you connect, the workflows belong to you, and you keep them if your stack changes. For the system of record itself, or for rent pricing, this is not the comparison you need.
Is Travtus a RealPage alternative?
Not as a system of record, and not for rent pricing - Travtus does neither. For the AI layer over your operation it is a genuine alternative, and it reaches data that sits outside RealPage as easily as data inside it.
Does Travtus work with RealPage?
Yes. RealPage is an integration, not something to remove. Travtus connects to it alongside your other systems and builds on top.
Does Travtus set rents?
No. Travtus does not price units and does not make revenue management recommendations. What it can do is show you the operational picture around a community - the conversations, the maintenance history, the resident signals - so the people who do set pricing are not doing it blind.
