Four questions to ask any AI vendor

Who owns the logic you build?
When your team describes how something should work, does that logic belong to you, or does it live inside someone else's product as configuration?

Who owns the data?
How do you access your data? How can you get your call recordings, emails, knowledge articles, metrics? Your data should be yours.

Can you see why it did that?
When the AI answers a resident or changes a record, can you trace what it drew on and why it decided that? In housing this is not a nice-to-have - it is the first thing your compliance team will ask for.

Who controls the roadmap?
When you need behavior to change, can your own team change it today, or does it become a ticket in someone else's backlog?
What is the best alternative to Entrata's AI agents?
If you want AI that reaches past Entrata into your other systems, your email, your calls and your warehouse, that is the alternative worth looking at, and Travtus is one. If you want AI that sits as close as possible to the Entrata ledger, Entrata's own agents are hard to beat on proximity. The two are not mutually exclusive and a lot of operators run both.
Does Travtus replace Entrata?
No. Entrata is a property management system and Travtus is not. Travtus connects to Entrata and sits above it, alongside your other systems, email, calls and documents. If you are happy with Entrata as your system of record, keep it.
Entrata already has AI agents. Why add Travtus?
Because the AI embedded in a system of record can only reach what that system holds, and it changes when that vendor decides it changes. Travtus reaches everything you connect, and your own team changes what it does. If your portfolio runs more than one PMS, that difference gets larger, not smaller.
Can we use both?
