Where permissible, we may use Customer-Generated Data in a non-anonymized manner for research and analytics. Under GDPR, Travtus may act as both controller and processor. You have the right to know what we know about you — make a request via contact@travtus.com.

6. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We use tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, JavaScript and similar technologies across three categories: strictly necessary cookies (always on), analytics cookies (for example Google Analytics, to measure site usage) and advertising/retargeting cookies. The advertising/retargeting cookies — which may include AdRoll, Google Ads remarketing, Meta, LinkedIn Insight and similar partners — are used to measure campaigns and show you relevant Travtus ads on other sites.

How consent works: in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Brazil, Quebec and where the region cannot be determined, advertising and analytics cookies are off until you opt in. Elsewhere they are on by default and you can opt out at any time. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal, which disables advertising cookies automatically. You can change your selection at any time via the “Privacy choices” link in the site footer, and you can also modify your browser settings to decline cookies, which may limit functionality.

7. Your Choices

  • Advertising & retargeting cookies — manage or withdraw consent any time via the “Privacy choices” link in our footer; Global Privacy Control is honoured automatically
  • Marketing emails — opt out via unsubscribe; service notifications cannot be declined
  • Interest-based advertising — also adjustable via browser settings, NAI and DAA options
  • Mobile apps — device settings available for Apple, Android and Windows

8. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

We collect categories of personal information including identifiers, customer records, protected classifications, commercial information, internet/device activity, audio/visual information, employment data and inferences. CCPA/CPRA rights include access, data portability, deletion (with exceptions), correction, and to limit and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Response timeline is 45 days (extendable to 90), and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Travtus does not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and retargeting cookies (for example AdRoll, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn) may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA. You can opt out at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer, and we honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out.

9. EU and Switzerland Residents

Legal bases include consent, legal compliance and legitimate interests. Rights include access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. Contact contact@travtus.com. Data protection authority complaints are available for EEA/Switzerland residents.

10. Other Important Information

Our products, services and websites are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Policy changes are posted on our website. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure.
