Front-End Engineer

About the Role
Travtus is looking for an experienced Front End Developer to join our team and work on our products. As a Front End Developer you will be responsible for the front end implementation of our customer experience from onboarding, user interfaces, automated html emails and the chat interface that end users can interact with.
You will be part of a cross-disciplinary team of real estate experts, software engineers, data scientists, academics and creators working together to create the future digital workforce for the real estate industry. You will have the opportunity to own the front end development, work closely with the backend development and data science teams on design and implementation and have experience in solution design, selecting and implementing technical stack. This role will require you to have an engineering mindset to solve real problems, in depth experience designing and implementing front end solutions for web applications from scratch, and extensive hands on experience hosting front end applications on AWS.

Qualifications
In depth experience designing and implementing front end solutions for web applications from scratch
Extensive hands on experience hosting front end applications on AWS
Solution design and experience selecting and implementing technical stack
Experience implementing different database and data management solutions
Strong database design and development skills
Ability to create automated unit tests
Understanding and experience in CI/CD
Understanding of latest web technologies
Ability to utilise new tools and approaches that make front end development more efficient
Ability to maintain documentation as appropriate
Interest in new technologies and AI
Experience with React / Angular
