To emerge as a leader in the small- medium scale Infrastructure space and position ourselves to be recognized for responsible management, delivery record and organized services.

The group initiated an architecture and engineering Design Services Company in 1984 as a private limited company named Arya Design Services The company provided consultancy and project management to corporate s, PSU undertakings and Govt. of India undertakings. Subsequently in 1996, the group was offered a design and built project for an institute in Haryana. The company thus transformed to Arya Unicon Pvt Ltd in order to undertake construction and project management works across the country. In order to cater to other verticals in construction, capital was infused and Arya Design Services & Arya Unicon Pvt Ltd merged to create Teracon Construction (I) Pvt Ltd . The promoters also aimed at creating a professional & organized corporate and thus, dropped the family name from all undertakings. In 2008 , a decade after entering the construction space , the management decided to go into branding and consolidation. After a lot of deliberation and consultation with brand managers, the company has rechristened itself as TRAVTUS, a word used in the works of Aristotle and Plato for citations & salutations.
