Vasu R Ariya
Chairman, CEO

After graduating from Sir JJ College of Architecture in 1980 with a degree in Architecture, Vasu worked with Rajendra Kumar and Associates , New Delhi as Project Architect for Hotel Kanishka for one and half year. He consequently worked as a project manager & architect with DLF Universal till 1983. In 1984, he started a company called Arya Design Services for design & project management which subsequently took design and build projects in 1988 as Arya Unicon, which became TERACON in 1997. Under his leadership the company grew and reached the volume of 800 million rupees in 2005. Vasu has spent his entire 23 years of professional life growing this company. His greatest experience has been in the field working with a team of men, women & professionals to deliver projects of all sizes. His principles for the working of the company are Creativity, Responsibility, Technology & Training. Vasu is on the board of Bajaj Ecotech Ltd & is the Principal advisor to Jaiprakash Mukundlal Seth Educational Society & Indo Continental Hotels.

Meher Karan Singh
Director

A Mechanical Engineer from IIT- Delhi & an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad, MK Singh has 29 years of experience in the industry. He has spent 18 years of his professional life with TATA Administrative Service and the Taj Group of Hotels as the Vice President for Projects & Development. He was also a Managing Director with Schindler India Ltd for 5 years and was a pioneer in the establishment of the Indian operations for the company. In July 2004, MK was appointed as the Chief Executive for the Real Estate Division for Bombay Dyeing and pioneered the Mill Land Development for the Wadia Group. His responsibilities also included developing and managing in-house and third party developments in International and domestic Joint Ventures. MK has also been the Vice Chairman for UK based Dawnay Day Group’s Property Development Business in India. He has also been on the board of Punj Lloyd Limited and Sembawang Engineers & Construction.

Rajiv Sharma
Director/ Commercial

Rajiv is Commerce Graduate from Pandit RaviShankar University; Raipur (1990) .He received a MComm in 1992 from the same university. Consequently, he pursued a three year long articleship until 1995. In 1996 he joined JS Forge in Bhilai, as an Account Executive. He joined Teracon in 2001 as Manager Commercial. In 2004 he was promoted as General Manager Commerical which subsequently led to his rise to Director Commercial in 2006. He has single handedly managed the commercial & procurement portfolio up to a value of Rs 600 million and has been able to bring huge savings to the company. He has also trained many project managers and accountants.

Tripty Arya
Director/ VP

Tripty is a graduate from Cornell University with a Bachelor in Architecture (2006). She subsequently received her Master in Architecture in 2007 from the same institute with a Concentration in Real Estate Studies. After graduation, she joined RCG- Urban American, a private equity partner with Ramius Capital Group in New York as an Operations Manager for the Construction division (UAD) and also held interim Asset Management responsibilities for new acquisitions portfolios in 2007-08. At UAD she single handedly achieved a seven fold increase in construction delivery along with a 30% decrease in expenses by establishing new systems and protocols for the division operations. She has received the AT&T Leadership Award for South East Asia in 2002 . She is currently responsible for Process & Project Management divisions.
