  • Internally manage every project in a PMC setting which includes Project Scheduling, Resources Scheduling, Milestone creation, identification of a critical path, resource leveling and operation monitoring.
  • Mechanization of Major construction activities like Earth Works, Concrete etc, with the help of Hydraulic Excavators, Dumpers, Dozers, Concrete Batching Plants, Concrete Pumps, and Transit Mixers.
  • Continue a legacy of safety standards and zero incidences of undue claims, arbitration & disputes
  • Continue to invest in both Human and Technological advancement of the company through training, education and upgrades via the business development module.
